Ted Lieverman: “Repairing the Land After War”

Ted
Lieverman is a free-lance documentary photographer and writer, working
on issues of social justice and post-conflict communities. He spent
several months over the last three years photographing efforts to locate
and dispose of unexploded land mines, bombs, artillery shells and other
ordinance left over from wars. The presentation is about the work being
done in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Bosnia to make the land safe again
– and the remarkable people from those countries doing the work.
