Allison Jill Guzy – “Life, Love + Visual Narratives in Contrast”

Her commercial work
builds upon her expertise in design.  She is often sought out to capture
otherwise uninteresting buildings and warehouses that she is able to
visually organize to create compelling photographs.  Her passion for
culinary artistry is also something that has led to amazing
opportunities to photograph food from some of the world’s leading chefs
and restaurants.  Her work in this area has lead to being published both
online and in print.      
Her work spans a 10-year period that
has extended as far as Israel, to all of the scenes that we each pass by
every day.  The body of her work attempts to capture something that is
not obvious to the casual observer, but creates a sense of intrigue and
curiousness once the scene is frozen by her lens.
