Last week I was sent on a mission to help scout locations for a still super-secret project along the Philadelphia stretch of the northeast rail corridor. I can’t talk about that, but if you’ve taken Amtrak, (or Septa’s Chestnut Hill West line, which shares the same tracks) you’ve probably noticed the miles long, nearly continuous stretch of graffiti between the 30th Street and North Philadelphia stations.
