Simple, and simply delicious!

I tried the Spicy Miso Ramen, which seemed to turn out to be identical to the Pork Miso Ramen, only with the instruction to add some of the hot oil and/or spicy pepper from the table to the soup. I suppose that actually makes sense. I was able to precisely control the amount of spice I liked.

The lovely slice of pork loin complimented the bean sprouts and bamboo shoots–and the slightly non-traditional corn kernels–very nicely. The miso, itself, was served hot, which was perfect for me on a slightly chilly day. The meal arrived promptly, and the server with attentive without hovering.

I had the option of adding many items to my bowl, such as a hard-boiled egg, but I chose the basic soup, only with the addition of the spices from the table.

Overall, a decent addition to my suite lunchtime options.
