Goldtex models open
The first model apartment at the Goldtex Building in Callowhill may be ready for showing by the end of this week, said Michael Pestronk, a partner in Post Brothers Apartments.
“We are just putting the finishing touches,” Pestronk said. And it’s likely two floors of the 11-story building will be completed by the end of the year.
