I can only imagine Nolan’s pitch for the film being simply, “Go big or go home”, and he does. To call the film epic would be an understatement, the film is a spectacle of both visuals and storytelling. The film spends its entire time ramping up to a conclusion that makes you wish all film trilogies got it this right.
