So much, actually, that The Ice Cream Store, the Rehoboth Beach shop that’s offering the concoction, requires those who try their new ghost pepper flavor to sign a waiver in advance of taking that first fiery taste. That’s because this ice cream features the super-hot Bhut Jolokia chili pepper—also known as the ghost pepper and recognized as the hottest pepper in the world—in three (yes, three!) ghost pepper sauces that are mixed in with the traditional ice cream ingredients.
