SAT. MAY 4 – 9am: Meet walk leaders Bill Ritzler & Tony Desantis of Delaware Valley Association of Rail Passengers to explore “The Swampoodle Connection” – Options and Opportunity for SEPTA Regional Rail

Walk meets at SEPTA’s Allegheny Station (3235 N. 22nd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19140), then moves through part of the Swampoodle neighborhood to view infrastructure locations associated with the proposed Swampoodle Connection, reverse Swampoodle Connection, and — if time permits – the North Philadelphia Station District. The walk will consider the scope and scale of the various proposals, with a focus on the justification for each project, the potential neighborhood impact and the importance of design elements. Walk ends at Broad & Lehigh Avenue
🚊 All participants are encouraged to use public transportation to travel to & from the event. 🚌
