In the run up to LOVE Park’s looming redesign, Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia’s director of advocacy Ben Leech continues his efforts to save Roy Larsen’s 1960 “flying saucer”, the original Pennsylvania Welcome Center. While popular support for the endeavor is so far lukewarm, says Liz Spikol on the Property blog, a Twitter campaign has mobilized to save the saucer.
