Delaware River Cleanup
(sponsored by Eraserhood-based United by Blue)

Location: Penn Treaty Park The corner of E. Columbia Ave. and Beach Street, Philadelphia PA

Date: June 04, 2013

Time: 5:30 to 7:30 pm

This year, we’re dedicating the first Tuesday of the month to cleaning up a different Philadelphia waterway.

You’ll have peace of mind knowing that you helped clean Philadelphia’s main drinking source-The Delaware River. This 330 mile river encompasses four states and 42 counties and is the longest free-flowing (undammed river) in the eastern United States.

We’ll provide volunteers with gloves, bags, water, and dinner. Get your daily dose of Vitamin D, meet your neighbors, and help preserve one of our vital resources.
