Philly Food Trucks

I love walking down the street and seeing such brightly colored food trucks parked on the side of the road. I think the important theme among the most popular food trucks is the attractiveness of the trucks themselves. Basically, the brighter the truck, the longer the line of people waiting to eat there. Another theme I noticed is that many of the most attractive trucks have organic and geometric designs, and a lot of them. The city itself is made of rigid horizontal and vertical lines. In contrast, zig zagging lines and swirling bubble patterns make the trucks interesting to look st.

My favorite of these is Tyson Bee’s. My English teacher in high school demanded that I eat here as soon as he heard I was attending Drexel. So I did, and he was right- it serves the best Korean tacos you’ll ever find.
